Exfoliate your skin by using gentle body Scrub
Exfoliation was mandatory before starting Body care, our body skin was generally covered with lots of dust and dirt when compared with face skin. For exfoliation use a gentle body scrub and remove all the impurities and dead skin cells to improve skin texture and skin health.
Choose a good and gentle body scrub according to your skin type, apply a little amount of scrub on your body and massage it on to your body skin for 5 mins. Then, wash it off with lukewarm water. ( If you were feeling irritation, redness or any comfortable feeling just avoid it and try using any natural made scrubs ).

Use a Gentle Body Wash or Cleanser to Clean your skin
After exfoliating you need a good body wash or any non- comedogenic cleanser to remove the excess impurities from the skin, particularly after the step of exfoliation. You can also go with your regular body soap, if it was good on your skin or any kind of cleansers to keep it clean. It will be more beneficial if you start using body wash, irrespective of harsh chemical soaps which may create even more dryness. It’s better to avoid regular soap in winters, if it may not have any effect on your skin.

Wear full body covered cloths along with glove and carry a scarves with you, when ever you were planning for outside trips. Avoid Harsh chemical products and over fragranced perfumes. Always prefer to use mild based non comedogenic body care products to avoid the causes of irritation, rashes and infections on your skin.
Sunscreen
We all need Sunscreen in every season, never skip applying Sunscreen after applying moisturizer to skin. As like our face, our body needs sunscreen too. Cover exposed skin with a broad-spectrum Sunscreen containing SPF to protect it from the Sun.

- Add honey to the mashed banana until you achieve a thick paste consistency

- After rubbing the scrub for 15mins, rinse it off with cold water. Follow up with a body moisturizer to lock in hydration and softness.
