Eat hand full of curry leaves every day. Curry leaves consists of essential vitamins and  proteins in it, which are helpful in promoting hair growth. It will be also beneficial if u apply curry leaves paste on scalp.

Hot water shower baths are not good. Hot water causes dryness, redness and even damages the out layer of your skin. Always shower with lukewarm water because it balance the temperature and tightens the pores.
