Which skin type should avoid yogurt ?

Extremely oil skin type

People with oily skin type should avoid applying yogurt on skin because yogurt can accelerate oiliness and clog pores by leaving skin greasy all over the face by making you feel uncomfortable.

Severe Acne skin type

Although there’s limited evidence, it’ advisable to avoid applying yogurt on acne skin. Severe acne may react negatively to yogurt and yogurt itself can lead to further skin breakouts, potentially worsening the acne.

Sensitive skin type
