Summer is here, and with all unique set of challenges our skin can quickly go from radiant to rebellious. Summer Skincare is all about taking extra care to protect and nourish our skin during this warmer months. Here are some skincare tips which keeps you glow in this summer.

Skincare should be regular in every season and it is important for us to make minimal changes as per the climatic changes that we came through in every season. When it comes to summer it is very important to take both internal and external care of the body. As the temperature soar, it’s essential to know the summer skin do’s and don’ts to keep your complexion looking and feeling its best. The combination of intense sunlight, high temperatures and humidity can lead to certain problems like,

SUNBURN, it cause when our skin was directly exposed to the UV rays, the only way to protecting our skin from UV rays is SPF. There was an excessive heat and humidity in summers, hydration is important key for both skin and body. Drinking water and applying SPF plays an major role in summers, as drinking more water helps our body from dehydration and SPF gives protection for skin from the sun.

DO’S and DON’TS in Summer

DO’S ✅

➡️ Take more fluids
➡️ Use non comedogenic products.
➡️ Apply SPF for every 2 to 3 hours
➡️ Wash your face with cold water thrice a day
➡️Be sure you were hydrated every time.

OIL FREE MOISTURIZER 

Oil free moisturizer is more often non comedogenic which was more better for skin, particularly in summers. The people who were having oil skin will face more sweating in summers. Oil free moisturizers will be better as they easily observe into the skin and give non greasy look. Every one wants non greasy look but summer skin results in oiliness and heavy sweating.

SUNSCREEN 

Sunscreen plays major role in summers as it protects from harmful UV rays which can cause skin related diseases like skin cancer, allergies and scars. Applying sunscreen for every 2 to 3 hours will prevent your skin from tanning. In many conducted surveys it has been proven that sunscreen brightens skin and also reduce the appearance of wrinkles ,fine lines and maintain skin elasticity.

when we apply any Face pack or face cream on our skin, we immediately feel releasing of sweat from the skin, as it is not possible for everyone to be in air conditioning. The only solution for this problem is take more and more liquids, eat fruits and apply light creamy moisturizers. We generally plan for outdoor holidays in summers that was an great idea for spending time with our family but make sure you and your family were taking care both internally and externally.

Applying Sunscreen before 30 mins of going out will be more beneficial, this leads to proper functioning of sunscreen after absorbing deeply into the skin. The health problems we commonly face in summer are  chicken foxjaundiceasthmafood, poisoning, Lyme disease and etc. Both the external and internal care is essential in summers. Eat healthy and maintain your skin.

BUTTER MILK

Butter milk is one of the best summer drink which was great for skin and health as well, this was usually made with curd and water, which gives instant hydration for the body and also provides hydration to the skin. Curd itself is good for both health and skin. Curd milk consists of ingredients like water and non-fat milk solids. It will be more refreshing by adding curry leaves to it. It is ok to drink 3 to 4 glasses of butter milk in a day.
In summers never skip  buttermilk, coconut water, lassi, watermelon juice, lemonade. When it comes to skincare don’t forget to apply minimum SPF   of 30 before getting out and try to avoid heavy makeup and make your skin feel fresh and free, go for cold baths, wear cotton cloths, avoid chips  and start eating fruit salad and in summers we also faces the   problem of dandruff so it is also important to take care of your hair as   well.
