Skin Types 

Most people follow a skincare routine without really knowing their skin type – A big mistake that can end up harming your skin more than helping it! That’s why understanding the differences between skin types and their unique care needs is a game changer for healthy and glowing skin.

Dry Skin type 

If you are facing the problem of dry skin, then you have to understand that your skin is dehydrate! This one of the major skin problem that we usually face in cold climate. Only applying moisturizer does not give protection, it is important to drink enough water for keeping our skin hydrated. Dry skin itself also includes different types, usually like Normal dry, Dehydrated dry one, Mature dry one, Contact dermatitis, Eczema, Seborrheic dermatitis, Athlete’s foot and etc.

. Drink enough water
. Apply moisturizer regularly ( choose the moisturizer based on your skin type)
. Aloe vera, coconut oil on skin
. Drink coconut water
. Avoid hot showers
. start using milk based soaps

Acne Skin type 

Acne is very common problem in every age group, it was actually faced by both males and females. It is important to take more care, particularly if you’re struggling with intense acne all over face because sometimes it may spread all over the body and finally results in body acne.

What is acne?

The medical term of acne is acne vulgaris, due to the production of excess oil, the bacteria on the skin contribute to the formation of acne. It results in the cause of pimples, blackheads, whiteheads and oily one. In some people acne is mild but in others it is it might be more cruel. We can’t estimate the actual cause of acne, it may caused due to many reasons. Some of the types of acne are Whiteheads, Blackheads, Pimples, Nodules, Dermatitis, Hives, Psoriasis and etc…

. Use pimple patches on face ( wash your face then apply pimple sticker on pimple and leave it for over night )
. Wash your face with a non comedogenic cleanser twice a day
. Rub your face with ice cubes
. Avoid oily and fried food
. Drink  fresh fruit juices regularly
. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen

Sensitive Skin type

If you are having sensitive skin, then you have to be extra cautious about applying anything on face. Sensitive type will easily catch dryness, roughness, cracks, swollen, itchy and also easily effected by dust and pollution. It is very essential for the sensitive skin people to apply sunscreen regularly, because without a sunscreen their skin will easily effected by the UV rays and the chances of getting burn is high. They are certain sensitive types namely Reactive, Environmentally sensitive, Naturally sensitive and Thin.

. Apply sunscreen regularly
. use non comedogenic skincare products
. Do patch test before trying any new product
. Avoid perfumes
. Avoid hot showers

Combination Skin type 

It is the combination of dry and oily. The main reason for the cause of combination skin is genetics. The only solution to balance this type is to maintain good skincare routine with light weight skincare products and regular sunscreen application. DERMATOLOGISTS RECOMMEND TO USE TO 2 DIFFERERNT TYPE OF MOISTURIZERS FOR COMBINATION TYPE.

.  Start using Vitamin c based products
.  Prefer Light weight moisturizers
.  Use ingredients like Hyaluronic acid, Salicylic and Lactic based ingredients.

Normal Skin type

It can be say that Normal skin type people are blessed because this type is more balanced when compare to other skin types. Normal skin type is not either too oily nor too dry. People having normal skin type looks clean, smooth and have small pores. Follow regular skincare routine and never forget applying sunscreen when you are stepping out.

. Wash your face twice a day use non comedogenic skincare products.
. Never forget Sunscreen Do patch test before trying any new product.
. Follow regular skincare routine with non-comedogenic products

Healthy Skin type

Every girl dream is to achieve healthy looking skin. Maintain proper diet , drink 2 to 3 liters of water every day. eat fruits regularly, Good sleep, Fresh mind, Regular skincare routine. Do YOGA regularly ( yoga make your skin look healthy and fresh )

. Eat good food

. Do meditation

The beauty of skin will always depend on the food we have taking, stress free life and skincare routine we following. When we born our skin used to be more soft and smooth by growing we will face different  problems due to the heredity, food change and mostly by the environmental changes.
